Operator console
A person watching it, with the controls to fix things live.
Live events need more than a translation engine. Our operator works from a
console that shows what the room is getting and what is going wrong, while it
is still fixable.
What it shows
- Input levels, with peak hold and clipping. The first
thing to check and the most common thing to be wrong.
- The floor language, detected or locked.
- Which languages are live and how many people are
reading each.
- Latency and load, and whether the recogniser is
keeping up.
- The transcript, writing itself to disk as the event
runs.
It says when it is wrong
Most systems fail quietly: the audio drops or the model starts guessing,
and the first anyone knows is a room reading nonsense. Ours reports low
input, discarded audio and a misconfigured pipeline in plain language, in
front of the person who can do something about it.
The event glossary
Speaker names, company and product names, acronyms and technical terms are
loaded before the session and can be edited during it. It is the cheapest,
largest improvement in perceived quality at a real event.
Make your next event understood.
Tell us about the room, the audience and the languages. We do the rest.
