A keynote to a room where half the audience is working in a second language, and a Q&A where a question arrives in one language and the answer goes back in two. Captions run on the main screen and on phones so nobody has to choose between following the talk and following the slides.

Typical setup

• A feed from the front-of-house desk into our interface.
• Caption rails on the main LED wall or side screens.
• A QR code on screen and on the printed programme.
• An operator with your AV crew for the duration.

Breakouts and overflow

Overflow rooms and attendees on cellular read from the same session. If the venue network is unsuitable, we can publish captions so any phone can reach them, agreed with you beforehand.
